Governor's requisitions : Governor Earle C. Clements, 1947-1950.

These records document the governor's role in the apprehension of fugitives from justice. Included are applications from local officials in which the governor is asked to request the return of Kentucky fugitives from other states. Also included are copies of pertinent indictments and other court records, and executive orders from the governor of Kentucky directing the secretary of state to issue requisition papers.
